In Rehearsals with Queens Shakespeare
Rehearsals began this week for Queens Shakespeare’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. I’m playing the fairy Cobweb, and I’m also the assistant stage manager. Our show will run November 4-9 at the Spa Little Theatre in Saratoga Springs, NY and November 11-13 at the American Theatre of Actors in NYC.

Broke & Broker (now with an ampersand!)
This September, my short play “Broke & Broker” will go up at Manhattan Repertory Theatre as part of their Fall One-Act Competition. Rehearsals have been going swimmingly. I’m excited to see how it turns out.
A brief synopsis of the play:
After a pleasant meal in a charming restaurant, a woman leaves her waitress a two-thousand dollar tip. Two glasses of Scotch later, her motives come into question.

Hamlet: The Quick and Dirty Version
Happy New Year.
I’m taking an acting workshop with the Oxford Shakespeare Company. I’m thrilled that we’re doing the First Quarto of Hamlet, an early version of the text which is only two hours long. Some of the lead roles are double-cast.
I’m playing Gertrude (or Gertred, as it appears in in the First Quarto) on:
